Prepare dalgona coffee concentrate ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. When a craving hits, simply add ice, milk, and the pre-made dalgona coffee for a delicious iced coffee.
For the Dalgona Coffee Concentrate: Combine 3 tablespoons of coffee, 3 tablespoons of sugar (coconut sugar is suggested), and 3 tablespoons of hot water in a bowl. Whip the mixture really well until it forms a thick, frothy cream. Store this pre-made concentrate in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
To make an Iced Coffee: When you're ready to enjoy an iced coffee, simply fill a glass with ice, add your desired amount of milk, and then scoop in the pre-made dalgona coffee concentrate on top. Stir gently and enjoy!
