Want to drink your way to Italy? Start with a Shakerato! One thing I couldn’t stop ordering in Italy? Caffè Shakeratos. So naturally I had to recreate one at home using Truvia. It’s ridiculously delicious, SO frothy, and my new favorite way to drink espresso.

Instructions

Stir Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated into the freshly brewed espresso until dissolved. Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice, pour in the sweetened espresso and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until ice-cold and super frothy. Strain into two chilled glasses and enjoy immediately. The fancier the glasses, the better.
