Homemade Immunity Shots

Juicer Method: Peel the citrus (oranges and lemons) and wash the fresh ginger. Run all prepared ingredients through your juicer. Once juiced, stir in the turmeric, black pepper, and Manuka honey. Pour the mixture into small bottles.

Blender Method: Add all ingredients (peeled oranges, lemons, washed ginger, turmeric, black pepper, Manuka honey) plus 2 cups of water to a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Strain the blended mixture to remove pulp, then pour into bottles.

For children, consider adding a little extra honey to mellow the ginger kick. Refrigerate the homemade shots and shake well before drinking.
