Back-to-School Immunity Shots

Juicer Method:

1. Peel the oranges and lemons.
2. Thoroughly wash the fresh ginger.
3. Juice the oranges, lemons, and ginger using a juicer.
4. Once juiced, mix in the black pepper, turmeric, and manuka honey.
5. Pour the mixture into glass containers.

Blender Method:

1. Peel and cut the oranges and lemons into wedges.
2. Wash and chop the fresh ginger.
3. Combine all ingredients (oranges, lemons, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, manuka honey, and 2 cups of water) in a blender.
4. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl.
6. Use a funnel to pour the strained juice into glasses or containers.

For both methods:

7. Chill the immunity shots in the fridge before serving.
8. Shake well before each sip. Adjust honey to taste if too bitter for children.
